In this ever growing pursuit of data security, we are proud to announce that Array has officially become ISO 27001 certified.
What Is the ISO 27001 Certification?
ISO/IEC 27001:2013 (ISO 27001) is the international standard that describes best practice for an information security management system (ISMS).
The ISMS is an overarching management framework through which the organization identifies, analyzes and addresses its information risks. The ISMS ensures that the security arrangements are fine-tuned to keep pace with changes to the security threats, vulnerabilities and business impacts - an important aspect in such a dynamic field.
It was first published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) under the joint ISO and IEC subcommittee, ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 27.
Accredited certification to ISO 27001 demonstrates that an organization is following international information security best practices. Organizations which meet the standard may be certified compliant by an independent and accredited certification body on successful completion of a formal compliance audit.
