At Array we see the importance of failure, so it was logical for our founder to give a presentation called "Always be Failing".
"Failing is part of a greater learning process"
Failure may be seen as a disappointment to many, but at Array we see failing is just as important - Every time we fail we learn a valuable lesson on how we can do things better. Matt told the students that they should not be disheartened and give up if things don't go according to plan right away.
Success - even the greatest of success - is never linear. There can be ups and downs in any career at any time.
At the end of Matt's speech, he received numerous praises from students who have struggled with failure in their early projects, and have been inspired by the Array story to keep on trying.
